When I arrived at Harmony School as a teacher, I never imagined how much love and charisma could exist in teaching. We call it \u201cour happy place.\u201d Here, the fundamental pillar is childhood itself\u2014children who learn not only to refine their abilities, but also to face challenges, demonstrate courage, and build resilience. Our main goal is to develop skills that allow them to explore, inquire, and face a world in constant change. <\/p>\n
In the Early Years, meaningful learning begins in the heart. Beyond the emotional aspect, we dedicate all our talent to designing environments that generate passion, excitement, and joy for learning. We decorate each classroom with time and dedication. We thoughtfully organize teaching plans. We surprise our students with real-life experiences\u2014whether a horse visiting the playground or a doctor examining our bones. <\/p>\n
Our girls and boys feel surrounded by affection. We build connections so deep that they leave marks on their cheeks, reflect in smiles, and result in the greatest challenge for families: children never wanting to leave Harmony. <\/p>\n
We know that what they learn today will influence their future. That is why, at every moment, we believe they are capable of conquering their world. Saying \u201cyou can do it, I believe in you,\u201d \u201cyou are important,\u201d \u201cyou matter,\u201d \u201cI love you,\u201d can shape their confidence and the way they perceive the world. <\/p>\n
In the Early Years, education is guided by positive discipline\u2014establishing limits with respect, affection, and firmness. Scolding, yelling, harsh punishments, or excessive tasks have no place here. Instead, we focus on fostering self-regulation and awareness within a consistently positive environment. <\/p>\n
A loving atmosphere does not conflict with meaningful learning. At Harmony, we have witnessed the confidence and determination with which our students face and resolve challenging situations, always prioritizing dialogue, empathy, and respect. <\/p>\n
In Early Years, every day we shape children who are aware of their actions, considerate of others, and equipped with strong learning skills.<\/p>\n
